Helps the organisation execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership. Has Initiated and developed business from the Middle East to as far the USA. Managed commercial projects from small BBJ to large wide bodies (Passenger to Cargo conversion). As Chief of the Office of Airworthiness his duties are ensuring the initiation of activities as a response to failure (accident/ incident/in-service experience) evaluation and complaints from the operation and providing of information to the Agency in case of airworthiness impairment (continuing airworthiness)

Having served a 5 year indentured apprenticeship Tony went on to complete 13 years of further education whilst working in an Engineering environment. Tony has been in Engineering over 40 years and has experience in all things mechanical and Electrical, buildings, cars, ships, planes and trains. Tony has an international patent and has worked in tier 1 suppliers, Modification DOA, MRO and OEM in the aviation industry. He is now the Head of Design Organisation for Spires Engineering Consultancy Ltd.

Nisar is a qualified Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of Engineering, Sales and Programme Management experience. He is an expert in the field of project and programme management and has successfully delivered countless high value programmes working closely with some of the world’s leading Tier 1 Aerospace orgaisations.
His strong technical and manufacturing appreciation and his commercial experience coupled with his Programme Management skills make him a valuable asset. His capabilities include Earned Value, Risk, Resource and Cost Management to name but a few.
Nisar’s principles are focused on partnership, cooperation, contribution, unity and teamwork; determining and providing goo practice values to be promoted through the organisation; harmonising and integrating governance procedures; acting responsibly toward employees, business partners, stakeholders and society as a whole.
